We've built and repaired fences from the mature yards of Willow Creek and Piney Creek to the family streets of Southglenn and Walnut Hills, and the ground here doesn't forgive shortcuts. Centennial sits at about 5,830 feet, on expansive clay that swells when it gets wet, and most homes went up in the 1970s through the 1990s. That means a lot of the fences out there are original, and the posts have had decades to lean, split, or come loose.
Fences fail here in the same few ways: the clay pushes the posts up out of the ground, the strong sun dries and cracks old wood, and folks build the wrong style for their HOA and have to redo it. We build so yours doesn't do any of those.

The expansive clay under Centennial swells when it gets wet. That's what shoves fence posts up out of the ground over the years and leaves them leaning. We set new posts deep, below the clay, in plenty of concrete, so a wet spring can't lift them.
Decades of strong Front Range sun is what dries out and cracks a lot of the original wood fences still standing in Centennial. We use materials built to take the sun, so your new fence doesn't wear out the same way in another twenty years.
Centennial gets some of the worst hail anywhere on the Front Range, and it beats up soft or thin fence panels over time. We build with sturdier materials so your fence takes the hits and keeps standing straight.
A taller fence or a combined build usually needs a permit from the City of Centennial, and we check and pull it. Willow Creek and Piney Creek both have HOA rules on materials and colors; we fill out the form for you.

In Willow Creek and Piney Creek, the HOA checks your fence style, materials, and colors before you build. We've done that paperwork before and handle it for you, so your project doesn't stall.
In Southglenn, Walnut Hills, and Homestead, most yards can have a solid 6-foot privacy fence. We build it in wood or low-maintenance composite, square and tight, with gates that don't sag a year later.
For lots near Piney Creek that sit in the floodplain, we plan the fence line and footings with drainage in mind, so water moves around the fence instead of building up against it.
