Parker sits up on the Palmer Divide, on clay that swells up when it gets wet, under strong sun and summer hail. Whatever we build for you, deck, fence, or cover, we build it for that.
The clay under Parker swells up when it gets wet, enough to push a deck or fence post out of the ground. We dig the posts down deep to solid ground so a wet spring can't lift them.
Up on the Divide the wind moves and the snow can come down heavy. We set posts deep and build frames, covers, and fences that don't lean or blow down.
NOAA puts Colorado in "hail alley," which averages seven to nine hail days a year. We use tougher boards and siding and build covered decks for folks tired of fixing the damage.
In the Town of Parker, every deck needs a permit no matter the size, we pull it online for you. The Pinery is unincorporated, so it goes through Douglas County instead. And many neighborhoods have an HOA that checks your plans first. We handle all of it.

On a sloped lot, the back of the house can sit well above the yard. We build decks that step down the slope, level by level, and tuck in around the trees.
If your lot backs the Cherry Creek Trail or open space, your HOA may have rules for the back fence. We check them first and build the right fence so it's approved the first time. A fence over 6 feet also needs a town permit.
On a hilltop lot, the view is the whole reason you bought the house. We use thin cable or metal railing so the railing almost disappears and the view doesn't.
